1. Online Content

Dreier Skischul GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Author”) accepts no liability whatsoever for the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims directed against the Author, be they based upon damages of a material or non-material nature, caused by the use or nonuse of the information presented or the use of erroneous or incomplete information, are expressly excluded insofar as the Author is not demonstrably guilty of premeditation or gross negligence. All offers are subject to change and nonbinding. The Author expressly reserves the right to amend, append, delete, as well as cease publication, either temporarily or permanently, of pages, sections thereof or the entire site.

If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine groups or reduce the total number of hours of instruction.

In order to guarantee organizational flexibility, multiple instructor changes are possible.

We are not liable for any accidents that occur during or prior to ski instruction. Each course participant is responsible for ensuring they have adequate accident and liability insurance coverage.

Refunds due to injury or illness are only possible upon presentation of an official physician’s attestation.

Only the remaining unused days will be refunded pro rata.

Courses which have to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions (force majeure) will not be compensated.

Private instruction takes place in all weather conditions.

The course ticket is nontransferable! Unused course days are forfeited!

Beginners’ courses begin on Sundays and Mondays.

Experienced participants can join courses daily insofar as their skills match those of the group in question.

Payment

You are welcome to pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Our web shop processes your payment information via Qenta. This is our SSL-secured connection that allows you to pay safely and conveniently!!!

All deliveries and services provided by Dreier GmbH on the basis of online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these General Terms & Conditions.

2. References and Links

With respect to direct or indirect links to external Internet sites that lie beyond the responsibility of the Author, liability would only exist in the event that the Author was aware of the content thereof and it was technically feasible and reasonable for him to prevent use thereof in the event of illegal content.

The Author hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were created, no illegal content was apparent on the target pages. The Author has no influence whatsoever either on the current or future design, content or copyright of the linked webpages. Cancellation until 1 month before - 0%

Cancellation until 14 days before - 10%

Cancellation until 1 day before 4 pm at least - 35%

Cancellation after 4.00pm, the day before - 100 %

7. Payment

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

8. Jurisdiction, Place of Fulfillment and Applicable Law

The place of fulfillment is the primary place of business of Dreier Skischul GmbH.

The courts with jurisdiction over the primary place of business of Dreier Skischul GmbH are responsible for resolution of any disputes as may arise. Austrian laws shall apply. The contractual language is German.
